My Latest Pastel Pet Portrait - Time-lapse Video

In Memory of Jessie

This was a commissioned pastel drawing for a client as a special gift to her husband for Christmas. I had used mainly Stabilo CarbOthello pastel pencils and a few Nu-pastel sticks. The bandana was a bit tricky to do. Only a few parts are shown in the video because I had turned it around in various degrees while shading and drawing in the details.

When I had taken the photo of the finished drawing I didn't realize until later that I must have had the overhead light on which created a more yellowish tinge to the grey paper that isn't supposed to be there.
