Melissa is a professional pencil realist artist. She has been teaching drawing courses and workshops for over twenty years to adults and children. Melissa developed and implemented Canada's first online drawing courses offered through Community Colleges in 2003. Since then her online drawing courses have been offered through twelve community colleges. She also teaches children's drawing classes in her home and continues to draw in several mediums including graphite pencil, coloured pencil, charcoal and chalk pastels.
