Drawing a realistic eye is a highly rewarding skill that blends precision, shading, and careful observation. Begin by lightly sketching the basic shapes, placing the iris and pupil correctly, and noting how the eyelids naturally overlap the iris. Build depth by shading the iris from the center outward and adding soft shadows under the upper lid, while keeping the whites of the eye slightly toned rather than pure white.
